Patchwork Studios is a creative community centre housing a grassroots performance venue, a professional recording studios and an art space, gallery and cocktail bar in collaboration with Garrison Gallery. We are an ambitious social enterprise run by volunteer directors, with all our profits reinvested into projects that help people. Our safe spaces encourage creativity and provide freedom for self-expression and exploration, helping to grow talents, skills and confidence. We curate an annual programme with the widest range of creative workshops, exhibitions and events to inspire and empower.

Always striving to be accessible and inclusive of our diverse community, we work to bring people together, and provide reasons to stay together in this area, while also promoting better cultural awareness through the arts. Over the last 8 years, a growing number of people have relied on us to help improve their mental health and wellbeing. Our affordable social schedule works to bridge the culture gap between old and young, creating a better understanding of beliefs and values, and improving respect across our community.

Our continued operations also create many employment opportunities which have already begun leading to creative careers, while simultaneously working to stem the youth drought so apparent in rural Cornwall. Want to know more? We would love to hear from you.

Our opening hours vary week to week depending on what's on, but there is always music on a Saturday night. We host a diverse programme of events, activities and workshops across the arts and wellbeing spheres.
