I decided to become an artist when I was about three years old and I’ve never wanted to do anything else. I gained a BA hons in Fine Art and an MA in Curating Visual Culture from Sheffield Hallam and then a second MA in Painting from Plymouth College of Art.

I currently work in mixed media, which I use for portraiture, nudes and abstract work. I have been developing a collection of paintings about recovery from domestic abuse since 2015, this collection forms the basis of my collaboration with The Womens Centre Cornwall and my future PhD research.

I have exhibited in London, Sheffield, Yorkshire, Cornwall and Cambridgeshire. I also have extensive experience in running galleries and studio spaces. I love sharing my passion for creative arts with many different groups of people, working as an art lecturer, tutor and community teacher since 1999.

Private studio available by appointment and public classes.
